Offers mental health providers, case managers, and other direct
service providers with the information and skills to address
the needs of specific populations. Workshops are aimed at
providing attendees with the opportunity for building knowledge,
skill building, and an appreciation for diversity. (Workshops
include working with the Hispanic Community, as well as other
minority communities).

into the operational and service delivery components of your
organization. From information gathering about the communities
and individuals you serve to evaluation and monitoring of
outcomes.
